WELCOME HOME follows the true story of a family's reunion with their father, a serviceman stationed in Iraq. The objectives of this film are to: (1) expose participants to the sacrifices individuals make for the greater good, (2) demonstrate the value of honest work, and (3) inspire employees to enjoy their loved ones at the end of a long day.
