TRAINING WHEELS is a film about mentorship and learning new skills. The objectives of this film are to (1) teach managers how to be good mentors and leaders, (2) demonstrate that all worthwhile endeavors require patience and practice, and (3) inspire employees to learn new skills and become self-reliant.
