Troubleshoot video previewing

 1. You must be logged in to preview our videos.    

  • Access the login screen from any page in the top right corner.
  • If you have an account, log in using your email address and your password under Registered Customers. Then click Login.
  • If you do not have an account, click "Creat an Account" under New Customers.
  • Once logged in, you will be able to click the Play button on the product pages to stream the video file.

2. Our video files are in several formats - most are MP4 files. You may need to switch browsers in order to play some video files.

Plug-in ErrorPlug-in Error

If you see a graphic like this, or get a Chrome plug-in error, you are attempting to view a Windows Media file. You will need to use Internet Explorer as your browser to view these files. These files are not playable in Chrome and some other browsers.

Some video files take more time to load, depending on the size of the file. 


 3. Firewall Issues and Bandwidths

  • A low bandwidth, or slow connection, may affect the streaming video causing it to stall, buffer, and even freeze.  Contact your service provider or technical department to resolve this issue.

  • If you access the internet through a corporate server, there may be a irewall blocking the video streaming. Please contact your technical department to resolve this issue

Preview a Program

Preview the full program online. Just login to the site and click on the Play button.


On the Product page, click on the Support Materials tab to view accompanying Leader's Guides, Participant Workbooks, etc.

Topic List

View titles by topic. Click on the Advanced Search tab and topics.
