To reach our next level of greatness, depends on the quality of our culture,

The Leadership Secret of Gregory Goose is a half day or full day workshop for any organization or group of people who wish to define and strengthen their Leadership DNA.
While the world agrees that "command and control" leadership is the dinosaur of the past, many of us disagree on what new leadership is all about. Is it about hard and soft? Is it hubris or humility? Is it visionary or heroic? Many executives - both men and women - fear that giving up toughness means letting go of results.
In this provocative session, leaders will learn that there is another emerging framework - that finally speaks to a "new order" of inclusion, candor and interdependence. Executives will understand that when we move on from "command and control," we do not step into the soft and mushy. Instead, by uniting candor and caring we step into a new level of greatness energized by demand and desire.
Learn what this looks like and how to give more of your real self in an interaction - and in a relationship. In this highly interactive session, leaders will engage in vital conversations and experience what "really" happens when people talk with each other. Come prepared to see and experience yourself as a leader in a whole new light. Everything happens through conversation. |

- Learn how to create workplace environments filled with inclusive vital conversations and practices that strengthen relationships with direct reports, peers and colleagues to achieve business results

| What skills will I learn by participating in The Leadership Secret of Gregory Goose workshop? |
| |
Judith believes that leadership success comes from a leader's ability to see the connection between intention and impact. When leaders are only focused on intention, they drive their own agenda. When leaders recognize how their beliefs and behavior impact others, they gain mastery over their own ability to create success with others. Glaser's highly dynamic, interactive and experiential group process techniques helps CEOs "make the invisible visible," by providing executives with insights into their leadership state of mind. Many programs discuss leadership attributes. Glaser's program draws on the power of coaching to give leaders tools and techniques that enable them to gain personal insights and to take these back with them to apply every day.
Participants will leave with the ability to shift from I-centric into We-centric leadership states of mind, to connect intention and impact, to transform breakdowns into breakthroughs, and to coach themselves in real-time through their leadership challenges.
Leaders will take away the 3 Key principles for Creating Success in Organizations, the Language of Leadership, Leadership DNA , the Practices of Successful Leader, as well as many valuable insights that can be used as a daily reference of the techniques covered during the presentation.

|
| Why is this important? |
| |
Too often we think of leadership in terms of old style leadership attributes such as strong and courageous which can easily lead a person to become a power-over others rather than power-with others. In my coaching practice, many of the leaders that "detail" demonstrate the "I-centric" model rather than a "we-centric" model of leadership.
This program helps new leaders, and existing leaders have the benefit of working with a seasoned "coach" who can help them see what good leadership looks like, feels like and really is. When leaders gain self-awareness and can make leader shifts when they are much more able to create workplaces that inspire leadership in others.
