Your group will work side-by-side with some of America's top Fighter Pilots and learn how they excel in the business of combat. The Afterburner team brings these lessons to your own business environment, in living color, using a multimedia presentation, a role playing breakout session with experienced military Fighter Pilots as facilitators, and a final hour, that many clients say is the best in the business. The Afterburner Day is the perfect event for your kick off meeting, product launch, alignment event or even a merger. Led by real U.S. Air Force, Navy, or Marine Fighter Pilots (many are still flying in the Reserves).
Approximately 40% lecture / 60% interactive breakout sessions.
All speakers and facilitators wear flight suits, an intriguing, innovative way to add interest and credibility to the vast amount of information they impart to your team.
The Main Briefing Room will be decorated with flags, camouflage netting, and parachutes.
During breakout sessions, your team will be divided into "Squadrons" of 15, a size that encourages direct participation and interaction.
Each team is given a name (Raptor, Tornado, etc.) and assigned a leader.
The event combines high-energy fun and motivation with solid skills that participants can immediately apply on the job.
