Taking Action: A Proactive Approach to Change

Change. It's the only sure thing in business. Yet, even the anticipation of dramatic changes - the arrival of new management, sweeping layoffs of co-workers, the implementation of new corporate policies - can leave employees and managers feeling disoriented, disengaged and disenfranchised.

As organizations change with increasing speed, so does the pace in which employees must respond. Employees need the skills to react smarter, adapt faster and engage together in the face of change. This workshop enables participants to positively and productively respond to any change-big or small.

Change is inevitable whether we thrive on it or hide from it. Despite your personal feelings about change, your role is to help team members embrace change and maximize it's benefits. This workshop will help participants understand the impact of change on team members, review the positive and negative impacts of change, and formulate a plan to communicate change in your organization to reduce resistance and gain commitment.
